Terms and Conditions

By using the Services and website of Connect BBC (the “Company”), you acknowledge and agree to be subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights with respect to working with the Company.

The Company shall retain sole discretion over changes to the Terms. As such, any client of the Company should revisit these Terms to keep up to date with the most current language in the Terms.

A User’s access or use of the Company’s site (the “Site”) is bound by these Terms. If the User does not agree fully to the Terms, the User is no longer permitted to use the Site and must exit the Site immediately.

The Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and the Site. Visitors of the Site must have the capacity and power to enter legal contracts with other parties without restriction. If you arrived at the Site through any means, either direct or through another site, you must agree to the Terms before proceeding any further.

Definitions
Connectbbc.com, owned and operated by Connect BBC (the “Site”, “our”, “us”, “we”) is a provider of limousine services. Users of the services are referred to as “Users”, “you”, “your”. Users of the Site must have a registered account and must agree to abide by the Terms while accessing the Site.

ACCOUNT BILLING AGREEMENT
Commercial accounts may be established upon request based on credit. Credit applications must be completed and approved to establish a credit limit and setup an account. A debit or credit card will be required to hold on file to establish an account. Approval or denial of account credit is at the sole discretion of the Company.

Billing agreement must be signed and acknowledged by an authorized company representative.

Payment is due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date.

Failure to make payment five (5) days after the invoice date will result in a two percent (2%) late penalty. The debit or credit card on file will be charged for invoices aging past forty-five (45) days. Invoices aging past ninety (90) days will be sent to collections and all reservations booked will be cancelled. Past due balances along with future reservations must be paid in full prior to reinstating upcoming service requests and will be subject to vehicle and/or service availability upon reinstatement.

Purchase Orders are accepted but must be submitted and approved prior to booking reservations. Service provided through Purchase Orders will not exceed the approved value and will end once the value is reached.

GREETER/COORDINATOR SERVICE
Greeters/Coordinators will greet, direct and assist passengers to their designated vehicle. More than one coordinator may be recommended at airports depending on the airport and/or group size. Greeter/Coordinator can be provided upon request. Each Greeter/Coordinator is limited to providing service at one location. Additional hourly service charge for Greeter/Coordinator is added to the Total Service Charge. Gratuity is not applied to Greeter/Coordinator hourly service charge. Providing gratuity to Greeter/Tour Guide is optional.

Preferred Greeter/Coordinator refers to requests for a specific Greeter/Coordinator or Greeter/Coordinator speaking a specific language of choice. Preferred Greeter/Coordinator can be provided upon request and is based on availability. Additional hourly service charge for Preferred Greeter/Coordinator is added to the Greeter/Coordinator service charge.

Greeter/Coordinator Service does not require a minimum Dwell and Block Time but is still subject to Dwell and Block Time based on the distance from the event location and nearby city.

OTHER SERVICE CHARGES
A five percent (5%) Administrative Surcharge is applied for the management of group arrivals and departures. Management includes the pairing, scheduling and administrative work handled by transportation specialists. Administrative Surcharge is calculated off the Base Service Charge. Discounts offered do not apply to Administrative Surcharge.

An Early/Late Fee will be applied to any pickups or drop-offs scheduled between Midnight and 5:59AM.

Passengers arriving to selected airports can be met and greeted by their driver upon request. Drivers will standby at baggage claim with a name sign upon arrival. Meet and Greet service is offered with Sedan and SUV transfers only. Van transfers, bus transfers, coach transfers and hourly services require a Greeter/Coordinator. Meet and Greet service charge includes parking fee and/or airport fee.

A fifty-dollar ($50.00) cleaning fee for Sedans and SUVs, one-hundred twenty-five-dollar ($125.00) cleaning fee for Vans and two-hundred fifty-dollar ($250.00) cleaning fee for Buses and Coaches will be assessed if spills, stains, mud, indecent odors, pungent odors and other waste exist in the vehicle at the end of service.

Charges for damages will apply if passengers incur physical or cosmetic damages to the interior or exterior of vehicle. Charges are based on the assessed cost of labor and material required to repair damages incurred.

Trip fees such as airport, parking and toll are included in the Total Service Charge.

TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT
WIFI is available in Buses and Coaches only.

Media such as WIFI, Audio, Video and Public Address (PA) equipment is available in selected Buses and Coaches and can be provided upon request based on availability. Additional charges may apply if media equipment is requested.

WIFI, video and PA equipment is not available in Sedans, SUVs and Vans.

Restrooms are available in select Coaches and can be provided upon request based on availability. Additional charges may apply if a restroom is requested. Restrooms are not available in Sedans, SUVs, Vans and Buses.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICIES
The Company reserves the right to make changes to the cancellation policy at any time. Users should be aware of the standard cancellation policies of the Company as follows:

Sedan and SUV Policies
Cancellations for Sedan and SUV Transfers
  • Must be made more than eight (8) hours prior to the pickup time to avoid charges;
  • If cancellation is made within eight (8) hours of the pickup time but two (2) hours prior to the pickup time will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the fare but will not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the hourly minimum fare;
  • Cancellations made within two (2) hours of the pickup time will be charged the full fare but will not exceed the full hourly minimum fare.
Cancellations for Sedan and SUV Hourly Service
  • Must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the pickup time to avoid charges;
  • Cancellations for Sedan and SUV hourly service made within twenty-four (24) hours of the pickup time but eight (8) hours prior to the pickup time will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the hourly minimum fare;
  • Cancellations for Sedan and SUV hourly service made within eight (8) hours of the pickup time will be charged the full hourly minimum fare.
Van and Bus Policies
Cancellations for Van and Bus Transfers
  • Must be made more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the pickup time to avoid charges;
  • If cancellation is made within seventy-two (72) hours of the pickup time but twenty-four (24) hours prior to the pickup time will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the fare but will not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the hourly minimum fare;
  • Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the pickup time will be charged the full fare but will not exceed the full hourly minimum fare.
Cancellations for Van and Bus Hourly Service
  • Must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the pickup time to avoid charges;
  • Cancellations for Van and Bus hourly service made within seventy-two (72) hours of the pickup time but twenty-four (24) hours prior to the pickup time will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the hourly minimum fare;
  • Cancellations for Van and Bus hourly service made within twenty-four (24) hours of the pickup time will be charged the full hourly minimum fare.
Coach Policies
Cancellations for Coach Transfers
  • Must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the pickup date to avoid charges;
  • Cancellations for Coach transfers made within seven (7) days of the pickup date but seventy-two (72) hours prior to the pickup time will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the fare but will not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the hourly minimum fare;
  • Cancellations for Coach transfers made within seventy-two (72) hours of the pickup time will be charged the full fare but will not exceed the full hourly minimum fare.
Cancellations for Coach Hourly Service
  • Must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the pickup date to avoid charges;
  • Cancellations for Coach hourly service made within seven (7) days of the pickup date but seventy-two (72) hours prior to the pickup time will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the hourly minimum fare;
  • Cancellations for Coach hourly service made within seventy-two (72) hours of the pickup time will be charged the full hourly minimum fare.
Tour Guide Policies
Cancellations for Tour Guide Service
  • Must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the start time to avoid charges. Cancellations for Tour Guide service made within seventy-two (72) hours of the start time but twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start time will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the hourly minimum service charge. Cancellations for Tour Guide service made within twenty-four (24) hours of the start time will be charged the full hourly minimum service charge.
Greeter/Coordinator PoliciesCancellations for Greeter/Coordinator Service
  • Must be made at least eight (8) hours prior to the start time to avoid charges;
  • Cancellations for Greeter/Coordinator service made within eight (8) hours of the start time but two (2) hours prior to the start time will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the hourly minimum service charge;
  • Cancellations for Greeter/Coordinator service made within two (2) hours of the start time will be charged the full hourly minimum service charge.
Group PoliciesCancellations for Groups
  • Must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the initial date of service to avoid charges;
  • Cancellations for Groups made within fourteen (14) days of the initial date of service but seven (7) days prior to the initial date of service will be charged twenty-five percent (25%) of the balance but will not exceed five-thousand dollars ($5,000.00);
  • Cancellations for Groups made within seven (7) days of the initial date of service but three (3) days prior to the initial date of service will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the balance but will not exceed ten-thousand dollars ($10,000.00);
  • Cancellations for Groups made within three (3) days of the initial date of service will be charged the full fare but will not exceed twenty-thousand dollars ($20,000.00);
  • Individual vehicle and service cancellations within group transportation schedule are subject to vehicle and service cancellation policies;
  • Offered discounts are subject to change if the value of individual vehicle and service cancellations exceeds twenty-five percent (25%) of the service value at the initial booking;
  • Individual vehicle and service cancellations made within seven (7) days of the initial date of service cannot exceed twenty-five percent (25%) of the service value at the initial booking.
Full credit will be provided for cancellations made due to uncontrollable circumstances such as flight cancellations, flight diversions and inclement weather resulting in local government closures. Credit can be used for any service of equal or lesser value. The credit expires one (1) year after the date of the service cancellation.

SERVICE DISCLAIMER
In the event specially requested services are not provided, additional charges applied will be credited.

Smoking is prohibited in vehicles. Passenger(s) will be charged two-hundred dollars ($200.00) for smoking in a vehicle.

Drivers reserve the right to refuse or stop service to intoxicated passenger(s) or passengers acting inappropriately in the vehicle. Intoxicated passenger(s) may be required to exit the vehicle and find alternative transportation to their destination at their own expense. Behavior in the vehicle that puts the driver and/or passenger(s) at risk is prohibited. Drivers have full discretion over the need to stop service at any point in time during transportation. A stopped transport does not entitle the customer to a refund of any sort.

Seat belts on buses are not required by law in most states. Seat belts are available in selected buses and can be provided upon request at no additional charge.

Addresses must be provided for all pickup locations, stops and drop off locations in order to provide adequate service and ensure accuracy. Trip confirmations are provided upon booking a reservation. Confirmations must be received to confirm the trip has been booked and should be reviewed for accuracy. Failure to address missing or inaccurate information may result in service issues.

Change confirmations are provided upon making changes to a reservation. Change confirmations must be received to confirm the change has been made and should be reviewed for accuracy. Failure to address missing or inaccurate information may result in service issues.

E-mail notifications are sent to bookers twenty-four (24) hours prior to pick up times to remind them of their scheduled transportation. Text Message notifications are sent to passenger(s); twenty (20) minutes prior to pickups to provide them with the drivers contact information; once the driver arrives to the pickup location; and five (5) minutes after pickups are complete to allow them to complete a short survey. Bookers and passengers have the option to opt out or request additional notifications. Please contact a customer service representative to make changes to trip notifications.

Additional charges will apply if per-diem, hotel accommodations and/or a second driver is required.

In the event specially requested equipment is not provided or in working condition, additional charges applied will be credited.

Prices listed are subject to change at any time without notice.

Service may be delayed or suspended if road conditions are deemed unsafe due to inclement weather. Contact will be notified if service is delayed or suspended. Service will be automatically suspended without notice if local airports close due to weather conditions. Service provided under hazardous weather and road conditions may be offered based on availability. Hourly minimums will apply during such conditions.

No less than a ten percent (10%) discount limited to one-hundred dollars ($100) will be applied towards the base charge of the trip if: vehicle arrives later than the scheduled pickup time; vehicle breaks down during service; auto accident occurs with driver at fault; driver gets lost in route to destination; driver transports passengers to the wrong location. Extended discounts may be provided depending on circumstances. Discounts do not apply if service issues arise due to inadequate or incorrect information provided by the booker. Please contact a customer service representative to report service issues and receive qualified discounts.

A point of contact must be designated to each trip and a direct number must be made available to the driver to provide adequate service.

Passenger(s) other than the point of contact are authorized to make changes to the scheduled itinerary unless prohibited otherwise by the person booking the reservation. Authorization to make changes to the scheduled itinerary can be restricted to one or more point(s) of contact provided by the person booking the reservation.

If a driver attempts to contact passenger(s) and is unable to reach the point of contact, they will standby for: fifteen (15) minutes past the wait time grace period for transfers; the duration booked for hourly service. If the driver still does not make contact with passenger(s) and is unable to reach the point of contact after the standby period, the trip will be recorded as a No-Show and the driver will be released. Hourly services recorded as a No-Show will be charged the full fare. Transfers recorded as a No-Show will be charged the full fare but will not exceed the full hourly minimum fare.

Food and beverages are permitted in vehicles but must be prepared prior and in closed containers. Meal preparations and open containers are prohibited in vehicles. Foods that carry pungent odors may be prohibited by the driver. A cleaning fee will be assessed if food and/or beverages result in spills, stains or pungent odors.

SERVICE LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Commercial General Liability Insurance is maintained under a two million ($2,000,000) general aggregate per occurrence. Automobile Liability Insurance is maintained under a five million ($5,000,000) combined limit per occurrence. Workers Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance is maintained under a one million ($1,000,000) limit per each accident.

All necessary business and operating authority licenses and permits necessary to provide transportation service are active. Transportation is provided in accordance to federal, state and local jurisdiction requirements.

Consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted in vehicles but is subject to state laws and regulations. Alcohol cannot be furnished by the company. Minors under the age of 21 are prohibited from consuming alcohol in vehicles.

Drivers are subject to the Department of Transportation (DOT) Hour of Service (HOS) Regulation. Per HOS regulations, drivers; may drive a maximum of 10 hours after 8 consecutive hours off duty; may not drive after having been on duty for 15 hours, following 8 consecutive hours off duty; may not drive after 60/70 hours on duty in 7/8 consecutive hours.

Hotel accommodations and/or a second driver may be required to ensure service is provided in accordance to DOT HOS regulations.

SERVICE QUALITY CONTROL
Vehicles are cleaned prior to service and will be free of litter and strange odors.

Vehicles are maintained per manufacturer requirements. Standard equipment will be in working condition.

Vehicles are dispatched and scheduled to arrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.

SERVICE QUOTE DISCLAIMER
Price quotes are good for seven (7) days. Price quotes are subject to change after quote expires. Availability is limited with Vans, Buses, Coaches and Tour Guides. Vehicles and services are provided on a first come first serve basis and cannot be guaranteed unless a reservation is made.

STANDARD SECURITY DEPOSITAll hourly services require a debit or credit card deposit equivalent to the hourly minimum fare at the time of booking to reserve the vehicle. The remaining balance due will be charged to the debit or credit card on file after service is complete.

Sedan and SUV transfers require debit or credit cards preauthorization for the cost of service when booking to reserve the vehicle. The amount due will be charged to the debit or credit card on file after service is complete.

Van, Bus and Coach transfers require a debit or credit card deposit for the transfer amount but will not exceed the hourly minimum fare at the time of booking to reserve the vehicle. The remaining balance due will be charged to the debit or credit card on file after service is complete.

Groups valued at five-thousand dollars ($5,000.00) or greater requires a fifty percent (50%) debit or credit card deposit when booking to reserve vehicles more than one (1) week in advance to the initial date of service and will require a total debit or credit card deposit of seventy-five percent (75%) one (1) week prior to the initial date of service. The remaining balance due will be charged to the debit or credit card on file after service is complete.

Payments by check are accepted but must be received in advance to reserve a vehicle. A debit or credit card is still required to hold and preauthorize but will not be charged. The debit or credit card will not be charged if service rendered is paid-in-full within fifteen (15) days after the date service is completed.

Payments by cash are not accepted.

STANDARD VEHICLE SERVICES
Seating capacities listed do not include driver. Buses and Coaches provided may accommodate more passengers than listed at no additional charge. An SUV may be provided in place of a Sedan at no additional charge. Vehicle upgrade restrictions must be requested at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the time of service to guarantee restrictions can be accommodated. Accommodations will try to be met if made within seventy-two (72) hours prior to the time of service. Failure to meet accommodations made within seventy-two (72) hours prior to the time of service will not constitute a cancellation without incurring cancellation fees per the cancellation policy.

A twenty percent (20%) Driver Gratuity is included in the Total Service Charge and paid to the driver. Driver Gratuity is calculated off the Base Service Charge. Discounts offered do not apply to Driver Gratuity.

A separate luggage compartment is available in select buses and will be provided upon request at no additional charge. Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading all luggage for passengers.

ADA compliant Handicap Accessible Vehicles, Luxury Sedans, Exotic Vehicles, Stretch Limousines, Limo Buses and Cargo Vans are available upon request based on availability. Please contact our sales department for pricing and availability.

English speaking drivers are standard with all transportation services within the United States.

Vehicles must be operated by an employed driver. Vehicle rentals without a driver is not permitted for liability purposes.

Hourly and transfer service rates include one (1) driver and vehicle along with driver gratuity. Additional charges will apply if additional drivers are requested or required.

Discounts are applied to base rates. Discounts do not apply to gratuity, service charges and additional charges for vehicle amenities.

TOUR GUIDE SERVICE
Licensed Tour Guides provide professional tours for educational establishments, museums, historical sites, religious sites and special venues. A Tour guide can be provided upon request and is based on availability. Additional hourly service charge for a Tour Guide is added to the Total Service Charge. Gratuity is not applied to Tour Guide hourly service charge. Providing gratuity to Tour Guide is optional.

Preferred Tour Guide refers to requests for a specific Tour guide or a Tour guide that can speak a specific language of choice. Preferred Tour Guide can be provided upon request and is based on availability. Additional hourly service charge for Preferred Tour Guide is added to the Tour Guide Service Charge.

Professional Tour Guide Service does not require a minimum Dwell Time but is still subject to Dwell Time based on the distance from the starting location and nearby city.

Professional Tour Guide Service does not require a minimum Block Time but is still subject to Block Time based on the distance from the ending location and nearby city.

TRAVEL TIME CHARGESDwell Time refers to the Travel Time required to reach the first pickup location. A Standard Dwell Time Charge of thirty (30) minutes based on the hourly Total Service Charge is automatically applied for Buses and Coaches. A Standard Dwell Time Charge does not apply to Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Tour Guides and Greeters/Coordinators. Dwell Time Charge is subject to the distance from the first pickup location and nearest Major City. Standard Dwell Time Charge covers first pickup locations within thirty (30) miles of the nearest Major City. First pickup locations beyond thirty (30) miles of the nearest Major City will incur an additional Dwell Time Charge of fifteen (15) minutes per every additional fifteen (15) miles from the nearest Major City. Additional Dwell Time Charges for first pickup locations beyond thirty (30) miles of the nearest Major City apply to all hourly services.

Block Time refers to the Travel Time required to return the last drop off location. A Standard Block Time Charge of thirty (30) minutes based on the hourly Total Service Charge is automatically applied for Buses and Coaches. A Standard Block Time Charge does not apply to Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Tour Guides and Greeter/Coordinators. Block Time Charge is subject to the distance from the last drop off location and nearest Major City. Standard Block Time Charge covers last drop off locations within thirty (30) miles of the nearest Major City. Last drop off locations beyond thirty (30) miles of the nearest Major City will incur an additional Block Time Charge of fifteen (15) minutes per every additional fifteen (15) miles from the nearest Major City. Additional Block Time Charges for last drop off locations beyond thirty (30) miles of the nearest Major City apply to all hourly services.

Major City refers to cities listed under the Major City list posted on our website.

VEHICLE HOURLY SERVICEMinimum hours refer to consecutive hours of service.

Service going beyond the minimum hours are charged in half-hour increments for Sedans, SUVs and Vans and full-hour increments for Buses and Coaches.

After exceeding the hourly minimum, a grace period of 15 minutes is permitted before an additional full- hour is charged for buses and coaches. Grace periods are not offered for Sedans, SUVs and Vans.

Preferred Driver refers to requests for a specific driver or driver speaking a specific language of choice. Preferred Driver can be provided upon request and is based on availability. Additional hourly service charge for Preferred Driver is added to the Total Service Charge. Gratuity is not applied to Preferred Driver hourly service charge.

Preferred Vehicle refers to requests for a specific vehicle make and model or color. Preferred Vehicle can be provided upon request and is based on availability. Additional hourly service charge for Preferred Vehicle is added to the Total Service Charge. Gratuity is not applied to Preferred Vehicle hourly service charge.

Vehicles reserved hourly are blocked for the hours booked and will be charged for the full duration regardless if service ends early. To schedule an earlier start time or extend hours of service beyond the end time for hourly services, requests must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the pickup/start time for Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Buses and Greeters/Coordinators and seventy-two (72) hours prior to the pickup/start time for Coaches and Tour Guides to guarantee availability. To delay the scheduled start time or schedule an earlier end time for hourly services, requests must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the pickup/start time for Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Buses and Greeters/Coordinators and seventy-two (72) hours prior to the pickup/start time for Coaches and Tour Guides to avoid charges.

VEHICLE TRANSFER SERVICE
To schedule an earlier pickup time for transfers, requests must be made at least; two (2) hours prior to the new pickup time for Sedans and SUVs; twenty-four (24) hours prior to the new pickup time for Vans and Buses; seventy-two (72) hours prior to the new pickup time for coaches to guarantee availability. To schedule a later pickup time for transfers, requests must be made at least; two (2) hours prior to the original pickup time for Sedans and SUVs; twenty-four (24) hours prior to the original pickup time for Vans and Buses; seventy-two (72) hours prior to the original pickup time for coaches to avoid wait time charges.

Wait time refers to the time between the scheduled pick up time and actual pick up time. Wait time applies to transfer services only.

Wait time grace period refers to wait time that does not incur additional charges. The wait time grace period is: thirty (30) minutes for passengers arriving on domestic flights; sixty (60) minutes for passengers arriving on international flights; thirty (30) minutes for train station arrivals; and fifteen (15) minutes for all other pickups.

Wait time charges will apply in fifteen (15) minute increments after exceeding the applicable wait time grace period. Wait time charges vary per vehicle type. Extra stops are permitted if they are within the route to the designated destination. A twenty-five-dollar ($25.00) charge for Sedans and SUVs, thirty-five-dollar ($35.00) charge for Vans, forty-five-dollar ($45.00) charge for buses and seventy-five-dollar ($75.00) charge for Coaches will apply for extra stops made during a transfer. Extra stops must be made within 15 minutes. Stops exceeding 15 minutes will result in hourly charges. Trips are limited to two (2) stops per transfer.

Transfers for arrival flights are limited to picking up passengers from one flight. Picking up passengers from multiple flights must be priced on an hourly basis.
